Welcome! We're glad you're here.
A little about us and what you can expect on a Sunday

Who we are:

-A congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)

-An open and affirming community where all people are welcomed and loved exactly as they are with no exceptions, hidden agendas, or expectations

-A worshipping community where tradition and contemporary tastes can exist together

-A multigenerational community where people of all ages can gather and learn together - and from each other

-A generous community where everyone is invited to use the gifts they have to build each other, and our community, up

-An invitational community where we tell our friends and neighbors about what God is up to in our lives and world

What to expect:

-Interactive worship where everyone is invited to participate

-A pattern of worship (often called a liturgy) that's rooted in the oldest traditions of Christianity, but that uses musical forms that feel a little more familiar to a contemporary audience

-Hymns and songs coming from a wide range of times and places to help us express ourselves as we worship

-Readings from the Bible, a special children's message, and a dynamic sermon from Pastor Kevin, all aimed at helping us see the Good News about Jesus in our lives and world today

-Prayers for our neighbors and world

-An open invitation to Communion every week - it's God's table, not ours, and we're not God's bouncers!

-A casual environment where people dress how they feel comfortable and nobody cares if you miss a note or forget the words
